๐จ The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North has sold for $372 million to Sixth Street and Riller Capital.
WestWorld has added a new venue to its lineup, though itโs not exactly new. The facility has actually been there since 1990, operating under a private agreement.
The City of Scottsdale brought Monterra, located at the western end of WestWorld, back under city operation in November 2024. Originally opened as Rattlers Restaurant in 1990, the facility reopened last month following renovations that included a new heating and cooling system, roof, flooring, fresh interior and exterior paint, and upgraded accessible restrooms. Now ready to host weddings, meetings, private parties, conventions, religious ceremonies and more.
Offering approximately 5,580 square feet of space, with capacity for 800 guests for receptions, 500 for theater-style seating and 450 for banquets, Monterra features a ballroom, three outdoor event spaces and patios overlooking a 20-acre polo field and the McDowell Mountains. M Culinary Concepts remains its catering and bar services partner. Book your event here!
Just two days to go! Canal Convergence returns to the Scottsdale Waterfront November 6โ15 with the theme โWestern Nature.โ
Event highlights include workshops led by Indigenous and Latinx artists, Music at Herberger Stage, a Nov. 12 fashion show by ASU FIDM students, and dance performances on Nov. 14 and 15.
The Scottsdale Arts Roundabout on Marshall Way will also host Phoenix organizations with activities focused on culture, healing, migration and community.
Eleven art installations will stretch between Scottsdale Road and Goldwater Boulevard along the Arizona Canal, including the glowing horse โDream Rider,โ interactive โDesert Choirโ and the iconic โWestern Fire Garden,โ which hosts nightly shows at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 p.m at the Waterfront.
The Canal Convergence Beer and Wine Garden will also be located at the Herberger Stage (Soleri Plaza).
Parking is available at:
